Kick off the evening at 5 p.m. in Mosler Hall’s Jack Rhodes Study with an exclusive wine-tasting experience led by Miami alum Todd Hudson, sommelier, owner, and executive chef of Wildflower Café and Wine Shop.

Savor these five exquisite wines paired with delicious hors d'oeuvres.

  • Grgich Hills Estate Chardonnay 
  • Pride Mountain Vineyards Merlot 
  • Silver Oak Cabernet
  • Caymus Cabernet

Todd will take guests through a mini Wine101 course for an informative and educational experience.

Then, continue the adventure with a guided tour of The Conservatory, where you’ll explore exotic plants from around the world and uncover the secrets of this hidden gem. Take in the featured artwork just to the right of the entrance, The Thread of Life: A Botanical History by renowned artist/illustrator, and Miami alum, John Maggard. As you explore The Conservatory, admire its distinctive architecture and four immersive plant display rooms: Tropical, Desert, Horticulture, and the Atrium.

Each guest will receive a souvenir Miami stemless wine glass as a special keepsake from the event.

Must be 21 to attend.
